The 'Messages' tab allows you to securely communicate with your ROC Therapy Services provider. Your progress will be positively reinforced as you complete exercises by earning trophies and medals!

The 'Awards' tab is available for tracking these achievements. If you prefer a language other than English, simply navigate to the 'Languages' option under the 'More' tab. For booking appointments, please refer to the 'Appointments' tab for detailed information. It is essential to mark your exercises as complete for your provider to monitor your progress accurately.

Access to this app is exclusive to ROC Therapy Services patients. The app integrates with your iPhone's Health app to access daily step count data, allowing your provider to track your activity levels.
